Tangalooma Resort – Beach Front Holiday Villas, Deep Blue Apartments or House on the hill

The Villas are self-contained, 2 storey, 2+ bedrooms with room to sleep 6 people. Walk out of your Villa and straight down onto the beach or sit back on your balcony and enjoy the amazing views over Moreton Bay. The Villas are perfect for a family holiday with lots of room for the kids to run around and a beautiful calm beach to swim in and play on. Everyone will love watching the wild dolphin feeding each night from the jetty, along with a wide range of other available activities to keep everyone entertained.

The Deep Blue Luxury Apartments overlook the main beach, jetty and Dolphin feeding area. Each apartment has air-conditioning, a private balcony with BBQ and the best view over Moreton Bay. The apartments have a private pool located behind them exclusively for Deep Blue guests and has elevator access to each level. They are also conveniently located close to the shops and restaurants. The apartments are self-contained with a full kitchen or you may choose to eat out at one of the resorts restaurants or bars.

Our luxury houses are located up on the hill behind Tangalooma Resort. Eash house offers fantastic views over Moreton Bay. Enjoy the resort with the privacy of an entire house.

While staying at Tangalooma Resort our guests have full use of the resort facilities and activities (excluding Dolphin Feeding – this activity can NOT be booked when staying in a privately owned property). Please check with Tangalooma Resort for the most current list of resort activities and charges.

There are two different ferry services that travel to Moreton Island:

• The Tangalooma Ferry is for walk on passengers only and leaves from Pinkemba and arrives at the Tangalooma Resort jetty. Your luggage will be transferred from the ferry to drop off points near your accommodation. Check Tangalooma Resort website for ferry time table and luggage restrictions. The ferry can only be booked via phone – 07 3637 2118 or 1300 652 250
• MiCAT Barge run by Moreton Island Adventures – The Micat is a vehicle ferry so if you are bringing your 4WD please book this ferry. The MiCAT leaves from Port of Brisbane and lands on the island near Tangalooma Wrecks which is about 1.5km from the main part of the resort. Please check the barge timetable and availability before booking your accommodation to ensure you can get on and off on the days you require as it is a limited timetable and does sell out fast.
