If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat, Villa 47 is the one for you. Villa 47 is located at the Northern end of Tangalooma Island Resort on Moreton Island. Set back slightly from the Main Resort Centre you will find the tranquility you seek. The two-storey air-conditioned Villa has ample space for the whole family, accommodating up to 6 guests. The open plan layout downstairs has a large Kitchen with everything you need to comfortably cater during your stay including a large family friendly fridge, Gas Cook top and Microwave oven. The kitchens opens up onto the dining area and then onto the living area. The Living area boasts a large flat screen TV and DVD player, making it the perfect destination for a family movie night after a long day exploring. Your spacious deck with BBQ is the perfect evening dining experience; BBQ destinations don’t get much better than this. Villa 47 is one of a limited number of Villas that has an additional Shower and toilet downstairs, making it a fantastic Villa for family. The Villa also has a full laundry with top loader washer and Clothes dryer.

While you are enjoying your time on the Island, you might like to pop down to the Jetty of an evening and spot the special visitors that come into the shore each evening for a feed.

A small group of Wild Bottlenose Dolphins come in to be hand feed. Please note that you can NOT book the dolphin feeding package when staying in a privately owned villa.

If you’re planning on a 4WD adventure and you’re bringing the car over, The Resort has a large complimentary car parking located at the Northern end of the Resort, along with a range of luggage trolleys to help you get your baggage to your Villa. Villa 47 is conveniently located close to the car park, so you won’t have to go far to unpack.

If you are arriving by Tangalooma Resort Ferry, then your Luggage will be taken to the nearest Luggage loading bay – for Villa 47 this will be directly in front of Villa 32.

You will also have the opportunity to view the Dolphin Feeding from the Jetty each evening for free. Please note that you can NOT book a Dolphin Feeding Package when staying in this privately owned villa.
