Beachfront Villa 40 is the perfect place for an island escape. This air-conditioned villa has breath taking beach front views which expand across Moreton Bay, where you can see the silhouettes of the Glass House Mountains. Villa 40 contains 3-bedroom and accommodates up to 6 guests. Completely self-contained, downstairs is open plan living with the kitchen/dining/lounge room opening up onto a deck, perfect for outdoor dining and entertaining. Along with an extra toilet and laundry facilities. Upstairs there is 2 sleeping quarters, and you can enjoy the private balcony off the main bedroom – perfect for sunset drinks or an early morning cuppa. All linen is included in your stay, along with access to resort facilities making this a great place for an island escape or family holiday.
BED CONFIGURATION – Sleeps 6 people comfortably and all bedrooms are located upstairs and includes:

You can also view the Dolphin Feeding from the Jetty each evening for free. Please note that you can NOT book a Dolphin Feeding package when staying in this privately owned villa.

What a beautiful place for our family of 4. The kids loved the beach front villa – fabulous location- away from the main resort and directly onto the nicest patch of rolling green hill and beach. Main bedroom is amazing with views straight out to the ocean. We made a few easy walks during our stay to the wrecks and saw lots of starfish, fish and crabs on the beach. Our 4 and 8 year old loved it. Villa 40 has a bbq!! And coffee machine. Lots of cooking equipment, plates, wine glasses and salt & pepper. Big fridge & freezer to store things in. Top tip – bring an esky with your own food to cook As the place is just beautiful you don’t want to leave the villa & balcony views – and the food at the restaurants on the island is seriously bad. Tony also was very flexible with our early arrival and late departure – thank you! Will definitely return.
