The Jetty Beachfront Townhouse is a semi-detached townhouse which has undergone a major renovation. Resulting in this quirky townhouse with two bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The lounge room is separate from the dining/kitchen area, which opens onto a deck, with a BBQ and table perfect for entertaining. This overlooks a large, grassed area which includes a communal fire pit along with direct access to the beach. The Jetty Beachfront Townhouse is a lovely place for a family holiday.
The house is completely off grid and is powered by a solar/battery system. House water is supplied from rainwater tanks.

HOW TO GET THERE
Cowan Cowan is located a short 15-minute drive up the beach (north) from Tangalooma Resort and the drop off point from the Micat Ferry. 4wd is required for all transport around the island.
Micat – Please ensure the Micat availability prior to making a deposit and book boat immediately after confirmation of booking.

- A security (damage) deposit of $1000 will be taken 7 days prior to check in and will be returned 5 days after check-out.
Please Note
The property has a starter pack which contains a limited quantity of commonly used items. As this property is self-catering you should bring all toiletries and kitchen consumables based on your usage and length of stay, particularly toilet paper.

The Jetty was an absolutely amazing getaway! The accomodation was great – very clean and everything we needed! Sitting on that deck, or better still on the grass above the dunes with a glass of wine watching the dolphins as the sun set…perfection!

Thank you for a fantastic stay! The jetty was located in the perfect place, although you can get lost! Overall, the privacy and the access of the closed off beach was well worth it! The photos do not do this place justice. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Loved our stay at The Jetty! The location was perfect for us and having beach access right at your doorstep is incredible. We watched the amazing sunsets from the deck and made the most of the BBQ at the Bunker Bar 🙂 We can’t wait to come back and stay again!
